Nichols visit Denver

Jason and Sarah came to Denver for a visit over Memorial Day weekend. We had a great weekend showing them some fun places and discovering new ones.

They arrived early on Saturday morning and the first thing we did was head to Golden to tour the Coors Brewery.

It was really interesting to see the production and how everything comes together.

However, I think the best part of the whole tour was the gift shop!

Sunday we were going to go to the Rockies game, but unfortunately it sold out before we could get tickets. So instead we walked around downtown and got a carriage ride to enjoy the gorgeous day.

Monday was an amazingly hot day, so we went up to Boulder, a neat town that Jon and I hadn't been to yet. There was a festival going on, so we amused ourselves people-watching while walking through the vendors and Pearl Street, the main street in town.

We had such a great time with them and were sad to see them go!
