Saturday morning we got up and headed to the Carnavalet Museum for more education in the history of the decorating styles of the French. It was a very interesting museum and helped us understand French history a little better, since neither Jon nor I knew very much before the trip.

the coolest old lady in paris
Sunday we woke up to a cloudy day that quickly turned rainy. We decided to just walk around Paris and see some of the neighborhoods and shops. We packed a picnic lunch of pb&js and ate in a quaint little park, then walked over to have a peek at the Eiffel Tower.
