Busy Days

Whew...

These past few weeks have really flown by! I can't believe that it is really almost November already. This last weekend we had a lot of fun attending the Halloween party; and then I was able to spend time with good friends on Saturday, going to a soccer game, enjoying the wonderful weather, and going to a fun birthday party for our favorite Lucy. On Sunday, we took advantage of the sunshine and went hiking up at Horsetail Falls in the gorge.

As much fun as I had this weekend, I am really looking forward to when things slow down. I am really anxious to spend more time perfecting my knitting hobby and learning how to be a better cook. They offer so many fun classes in the area and I can't wait until I have time to take one!

Jon is still working on the spa and has been so busy that he hasn't had time to take more pictures. I will have to ask him to take some so I can post for all to see his hard work. He is very excited to be finished and the end is near! The grand opening date is November 9th.

After that, we look forward to Thanksgiving in Kodiak with some of Jon's family!

But first, this weekend is the highly anticipated Basketball Tournament and get together....
